CARE & USAGE TIPS

SONAX Wheel Cleaner full effect

Directions for Use:

  1. Turn nozzle to spray position
  2. For best results, spray onto dry (pre-rinsed), cool wheels
  3. Spray evenly onto all wheel surfaces (Cleaner will spray on fluorescent green)
  4. Depending upon soil level, allow to stand 3 to 5 minutes. Cleaner turns red upon contact with sintered iron particles. This is a normal reaction.
  5. Use a brush for extremely stubborn dirt
  6. Rinse wheels thoroughly with a sharp stream of water from hose or pressure washer

Special Warning:

  1. Do not use in hot sun or apply to wheels when warm or hot
  2. Do not allow SONAX Wheel Cleaner to dry onto the wheels after applying the product 

SONAX Upholstery & Carpet Cleaner

Directions for Use:
  1. Vacuum area first to remove loose dirt.
  2. Spray SONAX Upholstery & Carpet Cleaner directly on stains or areas to be treated.
  3. Use damp sponge or cloth to gently agitate stubborn dirt.
  4. Allow foaming action to work for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Wipe off excess foam with dry cloth or vacuum the area

SONAX Tire Gloss Gel

Directions for Use:
  1. Wash heavily soiled tires (Sonax Gloss Shampoo) and allow to dry.
  2. Pour approximately a 5 cm long (2 inch) strip of Sonax Tire Gloss Gel on an application sponge and evenly massage into the tire.
  3. Guide the sponge upright along the contours of the tire.
  4. If necessary, repeat the procedure until the desired degree of shine is obtained.
  5. Move the vehicle slightly to treat the underside of the tires.
  6. Squeeze excess gel residue out of the sponge and clean with an absorbent cloth.

SPECIAL NOTE:
Do not apply SONAX Tire Gloss Gel onto the tire treads or brake system. This product is not suitable for motorcycles or bicycles. Do not apply to interior or other rubber components (i.e. foot mats, door and window seals).

SONAX Premium Class Carnauba Wax

Directions for Use:
  1. Thoroughly wash the vehicle with plenty of water, shampoo and sponge
  2. Dry the vehicle completely with a chamois leather or soft cloths.  As ideal preparation for the wax treatment we recommend the use of SONAX Premium Class Paintwork Cleaner, a product specially developed for this purpose. The paintwork is cleaned mildly but deeply and is especially receptive for the wax application. It considerably increases the durability of the wax coating.
  3. Apply the wax evenly and very sparingly with an application sponge. Allow to dry briefly.
  4. Remove any residue from the paintwork with a highly absorbent microfiber cloth.

Special Application Notes:
  • Treat the vehicle in the shade
  • The ideal application temperature is 15-25C
  • Do not apply the wax too thickly. This can result in streaks and smears

SONAX Premium Class Paint Cleaner

Directions for Use:

  1. Wash the vehicle using SONAX Gloss Shampoo with plenty of clean water.
  2. Completely dry the vehicle with a soft cloth, towel or chamois.
  3. SHAKE BOTTLE WELL BEFORE USE. Flip up the spout in the lid and apply a small amount onto an application sponge.
  4. Apply the SONAX Premium Class Paint Cleaner with the sponge, polishing the surface using medium pressure. Always treat partial sections (e.g. hood, trunk) during process. After a short time, polishing will become more difficult signaling the surface has been removed of wax and contaminants.
  5. For a deeper shine and better result, reapply another small portion of SONAX Premium Class Paint Cleaner and repeat the polishing process.


SONAX NanoTechnology Paint Cleaner

Directions for Use: 

  1. Wash the vehicle manually using SONAX Gloss Shampoo or Sonax 2-in-1 Shampoo Concentrate. The vehicle does not need to be completely dried.
  2. Shake bottle well before application.
  3. Using an application sponge or polishing machine, apply the polish evenly onto the paintwork using medium pressure. The mild abrasives will begin to break down after 30 seconds of polishing to a very fine size, producing a brilliant gloss.
  4. The Nanotechnology wax particles will simultaneously be applied, providing protection against the elements.
  5. Wipe off polish residue with a fine cloth or microfiber towel.
  6. Always treat complete sections of the vehicle in a single operation.


SONAX NanoTechnology Liquid Wax

Directions for Use:

  1. Wash the vehicle thoroughly with SONAX Gloss Shampoo
  2. Completely drying the vehicle is not necessary
  3. Shake bottle well before use
  4. Using a dampened soft sponge or applicator, apply the wax sparingly and thinly onto the paintwork, distributing evenly
  5. Always treat complete sections in a single operation
  6. Briefly allow to dry
  7. Applied wax will haze after a few minutes
  8. Buff the paint surface with a soft towel or microfiber cloth

Special Note:  SONAX Liquid Wax can also be applied with a polishing machine (Do not use a lambskin polishing pad)

SONAX Leather Foam

Directions for Use:

  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Check on small inconspicuous area before use.
  3. Spray on a soft cloth or directly onto leather surface.
  4. Spread a thin, even layer on entire leather surface.
  5. Do NOT allow to dry.
  6. Wipe and shine with a soft cloth or chamois.
  7. Use of a dust-free cloth is recommended.
  8. Most effective cleaning power when used with SONAX Dirt Eraser 


USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Not suitable for velour or any suede. Protect against frost or freezing.
EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE

SONAX High Speed Wax

Directions for Use:

  1. Wash the vehicle with SONAX Gloss Shampoo or Sonax 2-in-1 Shampoo Concentrate and rinse off with clear water. Drying off is not necessary.
  2. Shake bottle before use.
  3. Spray SONAX High Speed Wax sparingly onto the wet surface. Only treat small areas at a time. 2-3 sprays will be sufficient for a door.
  4. Spread the wax with a damp sponge or cloth and polish off immediately with a soft towel or microfiber cloth.
  5. If the wax dries, simply spray on more and wipe off immediately.


PLEASE NOTE:

  • Protect from frost or freezing
  • Do not use in direct sunlight or on warm painted surfaces


SONAX Gloss Shampoo Concentrate

Directions for Use:

  1. For best results, Use SONAX Gloss Shampoo Concentrate when vehicle is cool and away from sunlight.
  2. Rinse vehicle first to remove excess dirt and wet the surface.
  3. Measure two (2) capfuls of SONAX Gloss Shampoo Concentrate into a 5 gallon bucket and fill with clean water.
  4. Wash the vehicle from top to bottom with a soft sponge.
  5. Rinse with clean water and wipe immediately with a soft cloth or chamois. Rinse hands after use.
